Requirements
Shift Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with upcoming Shift Managers to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include planning shifts, managing safety and cleanliness, overseeing quality food production, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling, and training.
Previous leadership experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments, is preferred. Candidates should be positive team players, flexible, and passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
