Job Description

Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one RaceTrac store during designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver on RaceTrac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent leadership, and driving success.

Responsibilities
  • Friendly: Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experience for guests; foster positive relationships with co-workers and guests; communicate respectfully; efficiently complete transactions; address guest concerns promptly.
  • Food: Ensure compliance with safety regulations; ensure all food offers are available.
  • Clean: Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; execute shift duties; uphold brand standards; clean food prep areas and equipment.
  • Leading Talent: Demonstrate RaceTrac's core values; lead coaching, training, and assessment of team members; provide feedback to the General Manager.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed)
  • 2-3 years’ work experience preferred
  • 1+ years management experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • May require food handler and alcohol server permits depending on local regulations
