Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Leader in El Paso, Texas, to supervise restaurant operations and ensure quality service. This role includes overseeing team performance, enforcing company policies, and maintaining profitability. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, with a preference for a high school diploma or GED. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with POS systems and ServSafe certification.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Shift Leader, you’ll oversee restaurant operations during your shift to ensure quality products, great customer service, and strong team performance. You’ll lead by example, support company policies and procedures, and help maintain compliance with all safety and business standards while keeping the restaurant profitable and running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
