Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring quality products, great customer service, and strong team performance. You will lead by example, support policies, and help maintain safety while keeping the store profitable and running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in QSR, strong leadership, excellent communication, and physical stamina. Evening/weekend availability and ServSafe awareness are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of QSR experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• POS familiarity and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand physical demands of a restaurant environment.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
