Job summary

Papa John's International is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products, service, and strong team performance. You’ll lead by example, enforce policies, maintain safety standards, and help keep the restaurant profitable and running smoothly during peak hours.

Requirements: 1 year in QSR, HS diploma or GED, POS familiarity; ServSafe preferred; availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• POS system familiarity and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work during evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
