What you will be doing:

• If a Wendy's restaurant was a person, it'd be you: fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon.
• Handle customer situations, good or bad, like a boss.
• Train and guide new team members.
• Maintain food safety standards and procedures.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

• Ability to adhere to Wendy's Food Safety, Cleaning, Guest Satisfaction, and Friendliness Standards.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift, lift up 50 lbs., and handle various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using restaurant equipment and following brand standards.
