Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to support a franchisee-owned restaurant. You will lead crew scheduling, supervise daily operations, and ensure quick, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and motivate team members, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, manage safety, security, inventory, and profitability, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting managers and maintaining teamwork.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you'll:

Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules

Inspire and Empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience

Understand that teamwork is key: Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
