Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a successful shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and supporting department goals.
