Position Overview
The Restaurant Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products following standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen. The role involves enhancing the customer’s visit while assisting with management responsibilities under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in Fast Food or Retail preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location; fluency in English may be necessary for certain stations.
