Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbia, SC is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team by coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, creating legendary experiences for guests.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong time management and attention to detail, and a commitment to guest service excellence, with eligibility to serve alcohol and a path for advancement in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages where required by law.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist management by coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest experiences are legendary.
