Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes time management, attention to detail, and maintaining the high service standard that guests expect during peak hours. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have strong time management and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant operation on a shift-by-shift basis as Shift Manager.
• Assist management by coaching and supporting team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.
