Layne's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Shift Leader in Cleveland, OH to lead by example on every shift and coach team members to meet PET standards. You will manage frontline operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while executing training and performance improvement opportunities.

The role emphasizes accountability, positive culture, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment with room for advancement within the company.
