Job summary

Culver's of Cleveland, TN is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure great food and guest service, and coach a team of restaurant crew to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will monitor shifts, uphold standards, and drive performance with a positive, people-first leadership style.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of restaurant experience, strong work ethic, and availability on weekends and holidays.
