You will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis as a Shift Manager. You will support the management team, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep customers coming back for more. To qualify for this Shift Manager position, you:

• Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Are eligible to work in the U.S.

The pay range varies based on experience, education, training, and location. Actual pay will be determined accordingly. Hourly rates may vary to meet state/local minimum wages. Overtime eligibility is in accordance with law and company policy.
