Job summary

Steak ’n Shake is offering a Shift Manager position with pay up to $19.50 per hour, plus market-leading benefits and bonus options. You will lead daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards.

• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
