Job summary

Dunkin' in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively. The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and efficient team execution.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, are 18+, and excel at time management, attention to detail, and guest service.
