Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team with coaching to ensure tasks are performed effectively. This role emphasizes guest service excellence and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings prior management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality, is 18 years or older, and excels in time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills to help us maintain our fast-paced,

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
