Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to assist the management team with team member support and coaching.

Qualifications

• Preferable previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
