Steak 'n Shake is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth openings and closings, and set the tone for the shift with strong motivation and coaching. You will deliver fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards on cleanliness, food safety, and quality.

• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
