Job summary

Delight is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support daily operations in our restaurant team. You will assist the operations flow, supervise frontline staff, and may take on additional managerial tasks, including acting as Ops Leader when needed.

We value teamwork and promoting from within, with paid training and lunch provided daily. Applicants should be 18+ and have or obtain ServSafe certification by training end.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification by end of training or willingness to obtain it.
