Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations with the General/Assistant Manager. You will supervise team members, support training initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer service with Popeyes Cajun Hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of QSR experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. POS familiarity and ServSafe certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities
