Job summary

McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager for a franchisee-owned McDonald’s restaurant in California. The role focuses on leading crew schedules, coaching team members, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will supervise food safety and cleanliness, drive safety, inventory, and profitability, and foster training and development within the restaurant while inspiring high performance from the team.

You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Shift Manager at McDonald's.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:
