Job summary

TXM INC is recruiting for a Shift Maintenance Manager at a Republic, MO distribution facility. The role leads a maintenance team to ensure continuous operation, implementing preventative, reactive and planned maintenance on site machinery.

You will oversee PM programs, KPI reporting, and RCA-driven improvements, while mentoring technicians and coordinating with site leadership to meet performance goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Maintenance Team Lead or Supervisor role with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance KPI's (MTTF, MTTR, PM completion).
• Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and RCA methodologies.
• Proven troubleshooting ability with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to mentor and motivate a large team of maintenance professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, coaching and developing to support progression and site performance.
• Involve in recruitment and onboarding of new technicians with the leadership team.
• Create and distribute PMs aligned to KPIs on a CMMS system.
• Complete KPI reporting to drive performance and decisions.
• Prioritize and plan workloads within the team.
• Perform preventative, reactive and planned maintenance across the site; contribute to CI tasks.
• Maintain Electrical and Mechanical systems on Automated Storage and retrieval systems and storage/picking systems.
• Provide exceptional maintenance support to on-site customer installed systems.

TXM are recruiting on behalf of a leading Automation and intralogistics provider, to join a distribution facility in the Republic, MOarea. As a Shift Maintenance Manager, you will lead the team to ensure that the fast-paced distribution facility is always running at full capacity, carrying out preventative, reactive and planned maintenance on the site’s machinery.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Maintenance Technician's. Coaching, developing and supporting Technicians to enable their progression, along with supporting the site in meeting performance goals.
• Involvement in the recruitment and onboarding process of new Maintenance Technician's alongside other members of the leadership team.

• Review, prioritize and plan workloads within your team.
• Carrying out Preventative, Reactive and Planned Maintenance tasks across the site, as well as contributing to Continuous Improvement tasks.
• Performing Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on Automated Storage Retrieval Systems, and Storage and picking systems.
• Providing exceptional maintenance support to the on-site customer's installed systems.

Your Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a Maintenance Team Lead or Supervisor role. With prior experience working hands on as a Maintenance Technician.
• Understanding of maintenance KPI's such as MTTF, MTTR, PM completion.
• Experienced performing Root Cause Analysis and understands RCA methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge with a process orientated mentality.
• Ability to manage, mentor and motivate a large team of skilled maintenance professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the USA.
