Job Juncture seeks a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for a food and beverage manufacturing facility in Prattville, Alabama. The role leads a maintenance shift on-site, directing technicians, prioritizing safety and food safety, and driving continuous improvement across equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, strong troubleshooting skills, and CMMS/ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading or supervising maintenance in manufacturing
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, drive, and industrial electrical troubleshooting background
• ERP-based CMMS experience required

Responsabilités

• Supervise a shift maintenance crew and own safety, quality, and environmental results
• Assign daily work orders and ensure completion
• Lead shift handoffs and participate in production tier meetings
• Coordinate with planning on backlog, priorities, and staffing
• Drive preventive and planned maintenance over reactive repairs
• Conduct root-cause investigations and ensure corrective actions
• Close out work orders in CMMS with cause, action, and parts
• Develop technicians through coaching and regular reviews
• Support OEE and continuous improvement on equipment
