Zaddy Solutions in Prattville, AL seeks a Maintenance Shift Supervisor for a food & beverage manufacturing site. You will lead a maintenance shift, ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards, and drive proactive work orders and preventive maintenance.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing, with strong hydraulics, pneumatics, drive systems, and industrial electrical troubleshooting. CMMS/ERP experience is essential.

Formación

Engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years leading or supervising maintenance in manufacturing.
Experience in food, beverage, or CPG industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

Supervise a shift of maintenance technicians and own safety, quality, food safety, and environmental results for the shift.
Distribute daily work orders and ensure completion with accuracy.
Lead shift handoffs and participate in production tier meetings.
Collaborate with planning to manage backlog, priorities, and staffing.
Drive proactive maintenance and root-cause investigations; implement corrective actions.
Close out work orders in CMMS with clear causes, actions, and parts.
Coach technicians through development plans and regular one-on-ones.
Support OEE and continuous improvement initiatives on assigned equipment.
