Job summary

Burger King is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader in Winchester, VA to oversee daily operations and guide a fast-paced team to deliver great guest experiences.

You'll lead shifts, train team members, manage safety and cleanliness, assist with openings and closings, and collaborate with management to keep the restaurant running smoothly. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but leadership potential matters most.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Leadership potential welcomed, but not required.
