Job summary

Burger King in Lorton, VA is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, support the Restaurant General Manager, and guide the team through fast-paced shifts.

You will coach teammates, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold food safety, and help drive results while advancing toward management roles.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
• 1–2 years of restaurant or quick-service experience.
• Strong leadership potential and communication skills.
• A team-first mindset with a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, running shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience with fast, friendly, accurate service and a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach & Develop Your Team through real-time feedback, training, and building a positive, high-energy culture.
• Drive Results by executing shift plans, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and guiding operations from front counter to kitchen.
• Protect the Business by handling cash controls, inventory, and following security procedures.
