Job summary

Burger King in Ashburn is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure fast, friendly service and a great guest experience.

You will uphold food safety and quality standards, train staff, assist with cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and work closely with management to keep the team on track.

This hands-on leadership role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required!
