Job summary

BURGER KING\u00ae is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, mentor and motivate team members, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, safety, and cleanliness, handling cash and inventory, and partnering with management to keep the team on track. 18+ and weekend/holiday availability required; leadership experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required!
