Job summary

Popeyes is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations in Tulsa, OK. You will manage schedules, guide staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Shift Leader.
• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the restaurant operations: schedule work assignments, set priorities, direct workflow of staff.
• Give clear directions and communication to crew members.
• Ensure all operational/safety procedures are followed: audits, temperature checks and required record keeping.
• Process comps/voids/discounts using shift leader approval procedures.
• Ability to step in to any position.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Resolve/document employee issues for management following guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the fast food, family dining or casual dining environment. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months to one year of experience as a Shift Leader.
