Job summary

Popeyes in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and staff workflows. You will direct priorities, ensure service excellence, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of leadership experience in fast food or casual dining, plus availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Background checks and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in fast food or casual dining.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Shift Leader.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct restaurant operations: schedule work assignments, set priorities, direct the workflow of staff.
• Give clear directions and communication to crew members.
• Ensure all operational/safety procedures are followed: audits, temperature checks and required record keeping.
• Process comps/voids/discounts using the Shift Leader approval procedures.
• Ability to step in to any position.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Resolve/document employee issues for management following guidelines.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.
