Round Table Pizza in Dumfries, VA is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Shift Lead, you will supervise daily operations, motivate and train staff, and deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Flexible hours and weekends/holidays are required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required!
