Job summary

Alyssa Nobriga International, LLC is seeking friendly customer service staff for a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will read and understand Crumbl recipes, decorate and display the finished product, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders and payments, answering questions, and providing exceptional service while keeping the workstation clean.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Available for evening and weekend shifts occasionally.
• Able to read and understand Crumbl recipes and display products accordingly.
• Must be at least 18 years old or older and capable of lifting 10–55 lbs.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

We are always keeping an eye out for applicants who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who genuinely enjoy serving guests. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.
