Qualifications

• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service or related industry.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Extremely hands-on; able to work all shifts up front.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and provide feedback to help the team grow.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid employment track record with positive references.
