Job summary

Subway Team is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food quality and cleanliness. You will schedule and supervise staff, monitor inventory, and train Sandwich Artists on new responsibilities to maintain high standards.

As part of the Subway Team, you will handle paperwork, ensure equipment functions properly, and support a positive, fast-paced restaurant environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to communicate effectively and stay organized.

Responsibilities
