Job summary

Subway is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a busy restaurant. You’ll focus on guest experience, food quality, and keeping the restaurant clean, functional, and welcoming while coordinating inventory and staffing.

You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory standards, ensure equipment is in good working order, and complete paperwork as needed. This role offers flexible shifts and eVerify compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
