Job summary

Little Caesars Toga Store #1 in Knoxville is looking for an Assistant Manager to supervise restaurant staff, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability during shifts.

You will receive direction from the Restaurant Manager and Co-Manager, participate in the Assistant Manager Training Plan, and enforce all Little Caesars policies while following OSHA and EEOC requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise restaurant Colleagues and provide adult supervision to Colleagues under 18.
• Motivate, direct and coach Colleagues during shifts to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures.
• Enforce OSHA and EEOC requirements and Little Caesars policies and procedures.
• Utilize cost control tools and processes to meet goals for food, paper, and labor.
• Aim to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during each shift.
