Smoothie King in Miami, FL is hiring a Shift Leader / Team Captain to guide guests toward healthier choices and support team members during the shift.

You will blend smoothies, greet guests, prep ingredients, perform opening/closing duties, and manage cash handling and inventory while upholding the brand's culture and mission for a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, guest-focused, with leadership potential and a willingness to take on new tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Must connect and communicate with guests and team members with a 'guest comes first' attitude.
• Minimum age 16 to apply; additional qualifications may be required for the Team Captain role.
• Experience in a fast-food environment is a plus.

We are looking for purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, but also provide guidance to Team Members when General Managers are not in the store. The successful Shift Leader / Team Captain will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply. Please note that while this is the minimum age requirement for employment, the Team Captain role may require additional qualifications and experience beyond age.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
