Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store operations and motivate a team of 3–30 employees, with weekend and holiday requirements. You will train staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle cash and inventory, and maintain cleanliness and grooming standards.

You must be available to work when the team needs you most, and you will receive weekly pay as part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts; manage 3–30 staff.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVRC check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate products while following recipes.
• Delivering product by vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
