Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a shift and help grow their career with on-the-job training and progression toward Store Manager roles. You'll be part of a fast-paced team, with weekly pay, flexible schedules, and employee discounts.

As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise 3 to 30 staff, handle cost and inventory controls, greet customers, take orders, manage operations, and ensure quality, speed, and courtesy in every interaction across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of 3–30 employees.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of customer service representatives and delivery drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate pizzas following recipes.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and grooming standards.
