Responsibilities

• Set up the store and ensure everything is ready for the shift using walkthrough techniques.
• Review results, address concerns and set goals for the team.
• Check communications like email and notes and assist where needed.
• Assist the operating partner in training or certifications for the team and hiring flow.
• Follow up with routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage the rush: provide direction and flex into areas as needed.
• Ensure the customer is the #1 priority and service is top-notch.
• Ensure staff clock out on time and end shifts properly.
• Monitor product quality and communicate improvements and remakes.
• Post-rush walkthroughs and preparation for the next rush.
