Job summary

• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and models service best practices for the team.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, shelf replenishment, and store policies compliance.
• Coaches team members and communicates tasks when management is not present.
• Supports basic bookkeeping, sign-age, and regulatory compliance tasks.
