Responsibilities

About The Big Salad

With multiple locations, The Big Salad is a new and exciting restaurant that offers soups, salads, sandwiches, soft drinks and munchies. A variety of pre-designed salads inspire guests for a delicious lunch, however, The Big Salad's specialty is in having its customers create their own custom salad. While the customer makes their choices, the chef behind the counter fills the customer's bowl with their selections. Finally, when the customer reaches the end of the line, they choose from a variety of dressings and select if they would like their salad tossed or chopped. Our salad chefs then prepare and present their meal.
