Job Details

Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring Team Members receive proper coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Oversee and assist Team Members in their activities, including preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as per Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
• Ensure on-time attendance for all employees during shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training highly recommended.

Functional Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, Bank deposit slips, Cash and Inventory worksheets, ensuring accuracy.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into the POS system.
• Ensure proper nightly closing of the POS system.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
