Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Manager for its restaurant in North Springfield, Ohio. The Shift Manager is accountable for ensuring quality service and operations, coaching staff, and managing both food and labor costs. The position involves opening and closing the restaurant, handling cash control, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

• Manages product quality and execution of operations during shifts.
• Trains and enforces cash control procedures.
