The role emphasizes leadership and hands-on coverage across stations, with focus on accuracy, labor control and inventory to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform job duties across all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and duties, including dough management, portioning and quality products.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs while minimizing complaints.
• Follows policies and procedures in the handbook, including attendance, safety and security.
• Exhibits company core values, maintains a positive attitude and collaborates with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to address issues.
• Manages cash, maintains inventory levels and controls costs per company guidelines.
