Job summary

The Shift Leader reports directly to the General Manager. The Shift Leader assists the GM in the achievement of the restaurant's people, operational and financial goals.

The role focuses on staffing, development, and maintaining high standards of QSC. You will coach staff, monitor morale, and ensure orders are accurate, safe, and delivered with exceptional customer service. Safety and quality are priorities in every shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assists GM in staffing and development goals.
• Coaches staff and monitors morale.
• Oversees product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Delivers/improves QSC to franchise standards.
• Ensures food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolves customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
