Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments — restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Strong leadership, accountability and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts with hospitality-first mindset to welcome guests.
• Manage pace, priorities, and execution across the floor.
• Fill in at any station, modeling performance and teamwork.
• Coach and support team members to elevate service and food quality.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure during busy moments.
