Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Onalaska, WI location. You will guide and develop team members, ensure a safe, organized backroom environment, and support opening/closing duties.

The role requires strong communication, reliability and the ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1+ year of retail leadership experience, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with common reporting and dashboard tools.
