Oberweis in Oakville, MO is looking for a Shift Leader/Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service and running daily operations. Must be at least 18 years old and available to work 3-5 days, including nights and weekends, in a fun, fast-paced shop environment.

You will lead the scoop squad, ensure friendly service, manage opening or closing shifts, and keep the shop clean and stocked.

About the Role

Physical Requirements

Carry up to 50lbs

Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5-8 hours per day

Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory

Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
